Was told in advance that this branch does certify IDs, went in only to be told they don’t (twice). Guy at the front desk kept talking over me while I was trying to explain my situation. Went to the Albany branch and they sorted what I needed in 5 mins and had really friendly staff.

There are quite a few negative reviews about this place. However I always had great experience. The staff is always friendly and courteous. They don’t seem to be making any delays unnecessarily. Clients are attended to in professional manner. I like the ambiance. Very calming. There used to be postshop here before and it was always chaos. Being in the mall parking is no problem. It is right next to the parking lot which makes it easier to get in and out without getting tempted to do impulse buying at the mall shops.

Emailed my request 3 days ago, no reply, went to this branch, the way the handled my request was terrible, awful customer service!

The reviews mentioned here are mostly negative. They show one off incidents which were unpleasant for customers. I have been visiting this branch for more than a year now. I have faced no such issues. The staff is really nice and compassionate. Most recently I visited to open a new account for my mother. Staff took utmost care of the situation and customised the service accordingly. I am deeply grateful of the care and compassion shown. Very highly recommended.
