A cosy branch with little queue on a Tuesday afternoon. We are also lucky to have a Mandarine speaking and enthusiastic staff called Lily to help with our problems. She not only solves our problems, but provides further suggestions and solutions. Highly appreciated and recommended.

The lady I worked with called ‘Rebecca’ was very very rude and racist. We are a Korean family and my parents don’t speak well English but can still speak basic English. When they didn’t hear Rebecca for the first time she started saying things like “can you understand?!” “ I know it’s a language barrier..” “ Are you guys Chinese or what?” Then she said to another worker saying that she doesn’t know if we understand her or not thinking we do t understand what she’s saying. We obviously understood everything she said though. Every single sentence she ended it with a big sigh or a tone of discrimination. Every sentence we spoke with her we felt offended. We needed to make a barcode for something so she said that she would make it for us since we didn’t know how to make it but when she was working on it she was kind of complaining and being lazy about how we couldn’t just do it in our own when she was the one that said that she would do it for us. The Quick Change machine didn't seem to detect my EFTPOS card. It still said continue after entering my card and didn't acknowledge that I was a Westpac customer. After I cancelled out of it the message that normally appears after you finish using it appeared but it did not return my card. I tried going back in not as a Westpac customer and cancelling out again. Still didn't return my card. So I waited 15 minutes. My card never popped back out of the machine. The person I spoke to on the phone the first time said they would put me through to the card department but instead it took me back to the automated main menu when you call Westpac. Had to wait again, got back on the line with who I think might have been the same person. They didn't seem to want to do anything about it and just wanted me off the line. This happened on Sunday around 2 PM - 2:30 PM. No explanation of what happened/why it took my card and would not return it
