ASB Glenfield Branch Level 2, Shop 208, Glenfield Mall Corner Bentley and Downing Street Glenfield

Honestly, this was a pretty disappointing and stressful experience. I initially contacted ASB by phone to renew my debit card and was incorrectly advised that I would still be able to access Apple Pay until my new card arrived. I was then told that the quickest way to resolve the issue would be to visit an ASB branch in person, where I could leave with a new debit card the same day. I went into the Glenfield ASB branch and explained exactly what I had been told. The staff member I spoke with immediately dismissed this, insisting that no ASB branch stocks debit cards, that I had clearly misheard the person on the phone, and that no ASB employee would ever provide that information. She became visibly frustrated, spoke to me in a belittling manner, and seemed irritated by my questions rather than willing to help clarify the situation. I left feeling brushed off and uncomfortable, with only an ATM card and no real resolution. After doing my own research, I found that ASB branches can is

Mairangibay and brownsbay and Albany best and miss old gold times and staffs I'm so disappointed she wasn't friendly and her face sick of work and ppl she didn't help me I need DEBIT credit card Shame I'm loyal and good costemers and toooo friendly giving gift person omg disappointed I dnt like complain but I'm so disappointed and down so need debit card I'm in pain and just physio time go out and need online shopping for stay in life

We were having a tough time with online documentation and luckily when we came in, Shonal was able to make it super simple to understand and provided us with awesome advice and was just great to talk to

The Managers and the staff in this branch are doing their best to help us as their clients. I give them the 5 stars. While the banking system in NZ needs a big improvement to catch up with the rest of the world, I don't know who is responsible for this but I only give them 3 stars
