Hi I just wanted to leave a positive review as I have gone a couple times and have been helped by Meljo. Meljo is very helpful, kind and patient and very understanding helping me out every time. Meljo is an awesome great worker.

Had a friend come in today so this is on behalf of him. He requested that he could withdraw a large sum of money, which originally they were okay with. He mentioned he had no id but carried his bank card, and birth certificates. They communicated to him that this will work fine. They then went to grab the cash and just decided to change their minds. They gave us no explanation at all no matter what. We left and called asb where a lady confirmed that we will be able to as long as it’s under a certain amount. We went in again to the same bank, same lady, and she continued to say no without any reason. Should treat people better.

Lovely people and the security guard is cool as! Every time I go it’s relaxed and people always help us out which makes it a lot easier for me hahaha

It was a very bad experience, and I would be very uncomfortable even entering this place now. Because of my experience here, I never want to use ASB again. I am a Chinese, and when I came to this branch to open an account, I inadvertently approached the staff's workbench, and an Asian staff member scolded me very harshly and rudely. When I was in line, this Asian staff member met me, even though I didn't want to. She was not proficient in Chinese, and when she handled business for me, she was very rude and hateful, and finally she proudly told me that she was not Chinese. There is no doubt that she is a racist and she hates Chinese, even though she was arranged to host Chinese because she knew a little Chinese. Every day she does what she hates, and serves those she hates, and I feel sorry for her. This was my experience a year ago and I will never forget it. She seems to be called Monica.
