Horrible and incompetent service! Go to deposit some coins and the first lady I talk to doesn't tell me its a 600 coin limit, obviously not trained well by the "manager." So then deposit all my coins and they all fall out, waste of time as I separated them into their separate groups all last night. Then another lady and I have to go to front counter to separate all the coins in their groups individually. Then the "Manager" comes over and tell me I need to move into the office to separate my coins due to the line getting to long (effectively being pushed to the back of the queue). This "Manager" then proceeds to tell me to NOT got through with what I wanted to do and provides me with some BS solution to save her time 😑 and inconvenience me... Lastly before I leave she then tries to blame the incident on her "new staff members" for this waste of time incident. I'm BLAMING YOU "Manager" for NOT training your staff property! I'm sorry customers who provide you a livelihood are such an

Had the worst customer service experience. There was a Vietnamese lady who was Totally disinterested in getting the card services done and literally was pushing me out of the counter while I was setting up the PIN #. Never have I seen such a pathetic staff in a banking office.

Made an appointment a week in advance to open a children's account (noted in advance) Elderly mother and 6 month baby accompanied. Despite asking no 'office room' had been booked or was available. 1.5 hours despite having all necessary paperwork. Stood at open counter at mall edge. Many irrelevant 'review' questions about my adult account, and incorrect information eg opening a kiwisaver needed to see a personal manager - why weren't we ??? incorrect information about 'pay by rounding up' . Even when baby needed feeding and upset after an hour -no 'read the room' , speed up, find a space. This is a 6th generation customer -pretty disgusted at complete lack of common sense and customer service - none. Took afternoon off work to get jobs done - left with half done -and I won't be going back to this branch. (And did read the site saying discontinued, but still disappointed that children don't get KASHIN money box or welcome, as we did. No I don't want a digital platform -child is screen

I highly commend Pete for him for helping out my family member. He took the initiative, was highly proactive, friendly and actually resolved our problem. When no other staff member would or could! Excellent bankers like Pete are hard to come across.

We had an appointment today at 3:15 pm and Olivia assisted us to open our account. I have never seen such a kind and helpful person who gave brilliant service to us. The account opening process took time but she never gave us an opportunity to feel like it’s taking long. She was so calm, friendly and jolly. Really appreciated her and so happy with the service that we got. Thank you Olivia💞
