ASB Stoddard Road Branch 22 Stoddard Road Mount Roskill

This branch has absolutely disgraceful service. I have been waiting for the bank manager to phone me to get power of attorney over my mothers account and I am still waiting 2 weeks later, with no phone call. We are unable to visit the branch as we live in Australia and my mother has memory problems, so she is unable to access the account on her own. She is very upset. What has happened to good old customer service. It seems there isn't any. Disgusting!!!!!

Hardly any staff in the store had to stand for almost 15 to 30 minutes. Only 2 staff. Useless

Horrible experience! Went in to deposit over $1000 and decided to use the ATM deposit. It took my money and then cancelled the transaction leaving me with nothing. Spoke to the lady and she told me I would have to wait for 2 days as it was the weekend. Said I would get a call on Monday before 11 am. 11 am comes around and no call. Tried calling the branch and it just rang for 5 minutes and hung up. Called the call centre and they told me they would follow up. Eventually I got the money back in my account but received no communication. Horrible customer service, their whole system isn't geared to caring about their customers they just want your money. Disgraceful!
