Absolutely pathetic customer service. The staff is incredibly slow and seems more interested in chattering with each other and answering personal phone calls than actually helping customers. It’s clear that no one cares about your time or your business here. Avoid this branch if you can."
Took 20 min just for one person at the counter. Very slow service. No wonder they have less customer.

Very bad and rude manager and staffs I've been running account with them for many years,but I have never come across people like the staffs now,they don't even bother to answer call and explain. Near future I'm sure this branch will loose will loose it's business
