HNB Aluthkade (Hatton National Bank) 31 Quarry Road Colombo 12

Very bad service.Today i try to contact the manager but he or some one cut the line.not worry about the customer.negative approch.but there are very good branches also.please take necssary action for not answeing the phone.

My experience with Aluthkade branch is pretty decent. They front desk people tend to help me with the issued or services I wanted from them. But it takes a quite more time for them to solve some issues. I give them for stars for that. Sometimes it might take 20 to 30 mins for the other customer to leave and your time to come.

Always CDM machine not working .. poor communication and poor customer service.. better to use other branches

If I can give 0 stars I would love to. I had a credit card issued from HNB Aluthkade. When they are giving you a card they treat you like family. After that you have to face horrible experiences. After few years of using the card I decided to close it by paying the total amount. So I called the hotline and asked the amount. And they are unable to process card cancellation via email. (In a digitalize world they do not accept emails) then I went to Maharagama branch on a Saturday because branch told me they are available on Saturday. When I get there no any credit officers were available. Then another lady checked the system and said an amount that I have to pay. Same amount as per the call with hotline. Then I paid, gave my card and left. After few days later Aluthkade branch called me and say to pay another Rs.500 due to over credit limit. I am not gonna pay a single penny. Pathetic and irresponsible bank in Sri Lanka. Stay away.

not to another branch it’s better to go for a another bank. Not even helpful to active hnb banking. Customer service centers are also always keep us on hold for more than 15 20 minutes
