Worst Ever Hnb in my experience , All departments are placed very well but staff who work there worst than goverment servants , when for a debit card renewal atleast waited for 40 minutes and still saw the respective manager who was supposed to sign the renewal permission was having a good chat with one of the lady staff out there , soon realised now some of the private sectors staff are behaving like government staff too, not only this experience, specifically this branch staff are laziest compairing to other branches in all department. Hoping to get this addressed to the respective management and get things sorted since there are many other good banks in market which value customers, Really a horrible experience with this jampettah branch in many instances .
VERY VERY SLOW SERVICE. OVERALL HNB BANKS LIKE THIS. BUT THIS IS ONE OF A WORST BRANCH. WHEN I GO FOR PAWNING SERVICE & DEPOSIT THAT MONEY I SPENT AROUND 1 1/2 HOUR. I THINK MANAGER IS SLEEPING .
