Got an excellent service. Me and my wife went there to open new account. Everything went smoothly without any hassle in a very short time. They were very helpful. Though it takes 2 months to got the appointment.
Very helpless and aggressive front desk representator , dealing with the customer/ client such as competitors or enemies !! need to develop your staff and tell them that the clients are an assets who makes the bank values , ( not all staff ) some are crises for the bank who might drop their reputation to the very bad one such as now ! ,, If I face the same treat with different branch/staff , I will transfer to another bank absolutely ..
Long waiting times, wrong information on website, even longer waiting times on the telephone, even as paying corporate customer.
Staff is really helpful and it's not crowded
