Swedbank 18 Kommunalvägen Sjödalen

Updated my original review as the bank is knowingly in breach of several laws, including lagen (2010:751) om betaltjänster and EU:s betalkontodirektiv (2014/92/EU), as well as Finansinspektionens föreskrifter (FFFS 2017:11) and Svenska Bankföreningens riktlinjer om rätten till betalkonto. Refusing to update information on my (already existing) account despite having identified myself in several different ways, making me come into the branch 7 times just to send me away for 5 of those because they "forgot to mention" other things that they arbitrarily 'need' to provide service. The answer from the bank itself to this review is driving me insane as at the same time their Kundombudsmannen keeps saying they don't have to follow the law and I will just have to wait another month at least to be able to access and update any information. It is so tonedeaf they may as well not reply at all to reviews. None of my visits or contacts have been pleasant, that is the whole fabric of dealing with

There was a man working there, he was unpleasant. He was not Swedish, he was tall and bearded. He didn't help me. . He spoke very rudely to me and he just wants to end the conversation😡. I really want to become a customer of swedbank, but he said that we have a lot of customers. Jag valde annan bank pga honom

There was a line to get a number for the line!? Just wanted to do a quick errand for/with my son at lunch who starts his first summer job and needs help with his salary payout, spoke to a woman on her way out, and she had been there for 1.5 hours, so I left. I don't think my son will be a lifelong customer at Swedbank as I have been! Got a recommendation to go to Handelsbanken instead.
