The service was not the best. I took a queue ticket and waited for my turn like everybody else when a woman came out of a room and started talking randomly to people about their problems. People that came after me were talked to first which timewise was quite unfair. Also, I had to explain what had happened with my bank account in front of the other people, instead of talking privately with the bank lady in a seperate room. Also, after helping me halfway, the lady decided to go grab some lunch and asked her colleague to help me after she is finished with her client :))
Great service, helped me with a drop-in errand even though they normally only serve pre-booked appointments.
Worst bank ever!!! I will change to another bank as soon as i can
Long line and bad service
The worst place you can go to. You ring the doorbell and they don't open, really bad, will never visit the office in Liljeholmen again.
