I demand an immediate settlement of 8,000 EUR and a formal apology for this defamation. Stop ignoring your professional negligence under GDPR!"

I can't get myself to give a bank 5 stars, but given that opening a bank account in Sweden for a foreigner is not as straight forward as in some other countries, everything went very smoothly here. Jonnna was very friendly and efficient and everything was done in about 15 minutes. Not at all bad.

I had an amazing experience at the bank. I went there to open an account. I was told that I have to wait and was given a coupon. I waited for half an hour and I met one of their employees. Her name was Randa. She was extremely helpful and polite. She told me about the process of opening an account and she gave me an appointment for next week. On the appointment day, she opened my account within half an hour and explained me every detail regarding my account, swish, bank transfers and payments. Note to bank: Please have a system where the person can take appointment online and does not have to visit the bank for the same.

Almost transfered my money from the wrong account if I had not discovered it myself! Address on google maps directs you to old location. When I told them they said only, " Were not responsible for google maps ". I contacted googlemaps myself (though Im horrible with dator) and sent in a edit rekommendation. It took me 5 minutes. 5 minutes to save customers headaches, but "customer service" ,,,,what's that? Right?
