The worst bank. Very bad service. It says it is open 24 hours but when you get to the bank they have a sign saying you have to make an appointment. I don't understand why you have to make an appointment if theoretically the bank is open 24 hours. Moreover there was no one in the bank. I have had an account with Nordea for 4 years but I am going to move to another bank.

Typical Nordea. For anyone wondering. THERE'S NO DROP IN. Gor a bank that's going "all digital" that claims you need to contact them online instead. They sure are bad at their digital stuff. No announcements, information pages or updates on Google maps. Only a little paper note to disappoint you, when you show up.

Terrible banking service! Was denied service twice! They insisted that I need a Personnummer (I already applied to it) although, by law, this isn't true. I even showed them a document by the Swedish Bankers' Association that said exactly this and I brought all documents necessary to open a basic bank account, but they still refused. Why having these strict banking laws, if banks don't even follow them? Then being a cashless society, making a "right to a bank account" by law and still denying customers to open a bank account?

The worst of the worst servise. I don’t understand how those people can work in bank. They should work with cows on farm.

The service there is quite good, but the waiting time is usually very long.
