Had a lot of online stuff to do today and the receptionist Ava was absolutely brilliant so helpful and I have to say that The manager Barry will always go out of his way to help and overall I always find the staff very helpful
ATM lodgement broken, 1950’s hours sign, no response about phishing concerns with my account, ridiculously slow app, horrible statement information, no auto sms message options for deposits or withdrawals.. LAME. Will shop around for a new one.
I was here today but couldn't withdraw cash from my account as there does not seem to be anybody working at the counters. My bank card does not work so I could not use the machine. I thought it was strange but maybe not. The lady I was talking to was nice.
Found that Staff were so helpful and really helped me with a slightly difficult issue. They could not have been more helpful and helped me resolve the matter quickly. Thank you all so much
Terrible I phoned 3 times and got horrible voicemail telling me to press buttons None of these buttons gave me access to a person Bank of Ireland obviously think their time is more valuable than their customers time Sorry but my time is valuable
