Appalling customer service. Girl at front desk gave me incorrect information, could not complete changing direct deposit without 2 other colleagues help, and was completely unprofessional. Her and her colleagues yelled at me as I left the branch. Avoid this branch for anything more complex than talking to a cashier and basic ATM service.
Although there were negative reviews for the bank in Galway, I opened a bank account in May 2024…there are some strange regulations which make opening an account a bit challenging when moving back to Ireland, but they are the rules!!! However saying that, I have always been meeting with extremely wonderful and helpful people working there, today Aine helped me so much to register my online banking account!!! She was incredibly patient and polite..so thank you very much!!!
Absolutely appalling customer service. I went into the bank and asked for a specific form to transfer from my account. I was met by a most unhelpful and condescending female staff member who absolutely refused to give me the form and then completely misinformed me that I could not transfer funds using that form. I was spoken to, and dealt with, in such a disrespectful fashion. I was literally shaking afterwards. I also overheard the staff talking about me disparagingly as I left. This was quite unprofessional. I would never ever deal with this bank again. Staff need to treat customers with respect they deserve and some, not all, seem to treat customers with contempt. I would dread to go in there again. (Perhaps thats what they want?)The staff also seem disinterested and lack banking knowledge. Luckily, I went to another branch in another City and got the form and the transfer worked. The staff member in the other branch was very helpful and kind, what a contrast.would give Zero stars i
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I recently experienced at your branch. The encounter was so disheartening that I felt compelled to bring it to your attention. My partner and I visited the branch to conduct a transaction, and we were met with the most appalling attitude from a young, skinny lad at the counter who goes by the name Niall Henry. This individual demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. Specifically, when my partner attempted to lodge cash, the employee not only exhibited rudeness but also questioned and interrogated him about the source of the funds. The demeanor displayed was both condescending and disrespectful, causing unnecessary discomfort and frustration. Throughout the interaction, the employee continued to huff and puff, creating an environment that was far from welcoming. I found it necessary to address the issue directly by questioning the employee’s unwarranted attitude. This experience has lef
Experience absolutely ruined by incredibly rude employee. Absolutely all for understanding employees being irritated by work but we needed help with transferring a large amount of money, and she talked down to my girlfriend and left when we tried to explain what we needed. Very, very unprofessional. If I can get a job there where my work is solely handing out phone numbers so someone else can do your work like her, sign me up.
