I just went for an issue in the lodgement and the staff as the director herself was very kind helpful and helped me immediately..from me they are professionals

Shocking customer service. Not one machine took my cash. Asked at the counter to lodge cash. Was looked at like I was an alien. Was repeatedly told to lodge in atm despite there being technical issue. It's this ego driven distain for customers that is driving people online banking

On Tuesday 12 Sep, I had the "opportunity" to be served by the meanest staff in my entire life. The staff was not even trying to be helpful, and was staring at me like they where better than me just because they work in the bank. I will be switching not just my branch but also a banking service.

After so many years of being customer I walk in with issue, I was asked to leave my details and told that someone contact me any soon, that never happened and after being treated like that I decided to go somewhere else, I’ll pop in there again just to make complaint and it will be official that’s for sure, thanks.

Atm outside hardly ever has cash in it left waiting most weeks from 8 to 10 until they open up as no other atm works with savings card. Worst service ever.
