The customer service here is excellent. They engage with you and ask further questions to help with your query. Better go here than the one near the Eyre Square. The customer service there is poor. Shout out to Ms. Grace. She was extremely lovely, helpful, friendly and did everything to assist not only me but everyone that was there. Opposite of what I have experience and seen from the BOI in Eyre Square.

I called in to this "bank". Its not a proper bank as all it has is ATM machines with no cashiers. Although a male member was friendly the other member was very unhelpful and unfriendly. As a long-standing customer I was quite upset and disappointed. The staff member was rude saying such things as "well what exactly do you want?" which set the tone in the interaction. Staff member also kept talking over me , which is quite rude. It costs nothing to be nice to members of the public. Retraining of staff badly needed. I plan to move banks as a result..

Came in to open a second account, waited 5 minutes in the lobby before someone came out to meet me. Service was ok, but grudging. They really wanted me to use the online service, which I had tried previously but didn't work due to a paperwork technicality. If a customer bothers to show up to a bank in person, they should be cared for by a teller and not shamed for failing to use the online system.

the worst customer service ever. so ignoring and not even answer you when you say hello to them. especially one black girl. she is so bad. i was welling to get a mortgage but since i was ignoring by her. I rather go to another bank.
