Run away!!!! I receive formal notices without any legal reason and no valid explanation and when I had the misfortune to ask on what grounds they are asking me for money (out of nowhere) I was treated with contempt by explaining that they do what they want and that I should simply pay and shut up. Rémi spoke to me in such a CONDESCENDING tone while doing calculations (worthy of a first grade program by the way) that I almost thought I was in the wrong.
Condescending people. A lack of responsiveness and bad faith at the top. Experience during a company acquisition.
I'm having a serious problem with my branch. As a business client, despite having available funds in my account, I can't make transfers or withdraw my money to another account. On the phone, I was told to wait two months for a solution, but in two months, I'll go bankrupt. All my complaints are being redirected to my branch, and I have no real contact. At the Strasbourg head office, no one has seen me: two employees simply listened to me and took my complaint letter, without any concrete response. I can prove my situation with all the documents in my possession. If there is a competent manager, please contact me urgently!
Hello, I've been a CIC customer for four years. I have a business account with them, as my company is doing quite well. Until now, everything had been fine with the bank. In August 2023, I decided to buy a house, so I spoke to my advisor, Éric Vize, who was quite positive and encouraging. My partner and I opened a joint account at CIC Queuleu and applied for a loan. Our down payment was ready, and we started the process by signing a preliminary sales agreement. Our application was put on hold until January 2024. We had a lot of trouble contacting our advisor. And the few times we did manage to reach him, he gave us the runaround and kept us waiting for no reason. Then, in January 2024, we received a letter confirming our loan approval, which extended the preliminary sales agreement. This caused our sellers a lot of problems. We felt awkward in front of them. At the end of January, we learned that the zero-interest loan (PTZ) application hadn't even been sent to the government, despit
