I joined this bank because it was supposedly one of the most ethical on the market, and I was very disappointed. Zero customer service. Aside from trying to sell insurance products and phone plans, the advisors are useless. Strangely enough, the day you come in with a real estate project, you're treated condescendingly. Despite my €20,000 down payment and a stable civil service job, I was given an advisor who explained that, in my situation, I could at best buy a garage, and that La Banque Postale wouldn't lend me more than €40,000. Whereas the competition, on the contrary, was delighted to welcome and support me. In short, I switched banks.

This service doesn't even deserve one star. I paid my phone bill and, five days later, it was refunded. The employee treated me as if he were the one who had paid, and his behavior was unacceptable. I will sever all ties with this incompetent bank.

I would give it a zero. The receptionist is absolutely rude. I've dealt with this nasty lady twice; the result is that I'll never set foot there again.

Avoid! The real estate advisor is failing in his duty to advise and is dishonest. After denying his mistake, he finally admitted his wrongdoing only after presenting evidence, then referred us to an online form. No consideration, no accountability, and no customer relations. Shameful!
