The branch manager Katerina refused to accept my deposit, demanding not only a declaration but also documents regarding the movement of funds in my Ukrainian bank account—requirements that contradict your bank’s own procedures. She behaved in an extremely rude and inappropriate manner, even asking me to leave the branch. Such conduct discredits not only her personally but also the reputation and credibility of the entire banking system represented by your institution. I specifically asked her to show the basis on which she was demanding a document from my Ukrainian bank. Of course, I am able to provide such a document, but until now a tax declaration has always been sufficient. When I requested to see the grounds for her demand, she showed me a list of documents that included various items related to personal property and tax declarations, but not a single reference to a bank statement. Pani Monika Sarva jest super. I like this bank branch in general — usually quick and not a big queue. It’s my second time when I go to pani Monika and she’s very professional and polite. She even stands up to greet clients — very nice attitude. Thank you!

There were 4 employees but only one of them could deal with cash transactions. Despite the fact that the rest 3 employees were free they couldn’t help. As a result there was a big queue and a simple operation to withdraw money (USD) took more than 40 mins. I strongly believe it can be optimized.

I expected long queues and language issues since I don't speak Polish and barely speak Russian but none of that happened. I had my account opened fairly quickly and also managed to deposit cash. The employees also taught me how to use online banking.

Got a good service from the bank staff, especially from "Opiekun Bankowy" Hanna Stalewska. She helped me through the whole process of opening an account in PKO Bank.
