I recently visited the PKO Bank branch (Chlodna 52)to open an account for my child, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by Bartosz Miłek and Damian Wolukaniec. Bartosz assisted me from the beginning and handled everything with professionalism and patience. When a system issue occurred, he immediately asked for support, and Damian stepped in to help. Thanks to their teamwork, the account was successfully opened. Both Bartosz and Damian communicated clearly in English, were very polite, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I am very satisfied with the service and want to thank them for their outstanding work. Employees like them truly make a positive difference for PKO Bank.
