I completely agree with the negative reviews about this branch. It’s strange to see what look like staff members posting overly positive reviews that receive many reactions in less than a day, especially when they are easy to recognize in person 😂 I can only imagine what their lunch breaks must look like. The same people treated me with clear disdain when I was simply trying to open a bank account. Fortunately, I found a better option elsewhere. I would not recommend this branch.

RACIST BANK EMPLOYERS in this branch : I recently moved to Warsaw three weeks ago as a Google employee and went to this branch to open a bank account. When I handed over my French passport, an advisor ( women) said it looked “suspicious” because I was born in Morocco and asked me for Moroccan documents. I explained that I am a French citizen and that French people come from many different backgrounds. Instead of apologizing, she told me that I “don’t look very French.” I considered these remarks as racist and unacceptable. I recorded the interaction, and when I asked to speak with a manager, I was told to leave the branch. I have already filed a formal complaint with my employer and a lawyer, and legal proceedings have started today. I am sharing this experience to alert others. In my experience, this branch treated me in a discriminatory way and behaved racistly

I'm sorry I don't remember their name, but the service was great. They advised me and guided me in filling out a form and were very attentive. I congratulate this person on their work and I will definitely return and will always be grateful.

The employee who helped me was very profesional, kind, patient and resolved my issues efficiently and in a satisfactory way, even if I don't know Polish, but her English was very good as well. The experience with this employee couldn't have been better. Congrats to her, because it's a pleasure to go to an office and receiving such an excellent service. For sure I would reccommend this office.
