Very positive experience with this bank. The staff is extremely welcoming, professional, and kind. They took their time to clearly explain everything and answer all of my questions. Everything was handled surprisingly efficiently, the entire process was smooth and quick, without unnecessary waiting, which made it a pleasant experience, especially compared to what you usually expect from banks. The bank itself looks modern, clean, and well organized. The atmosphere was comfortable and professional. Overall, highly satisfied with my visit and the entire experience there.

I had technical problems with the app, and to resolve them I needed to be physically present at the bank. To handle this, I specifically flew in from another country, as I had moved away quite some time ago. To be honest, this was not the first branch I contacted, but it was this one where they managed to help me resolve all my issues — which was not easy. Here I want to once again highlight the incredible Hanna Varanko, who invested a huge amount of time and effort into solving my problem. We worked with different phones, different SIM cards, reinstalled the app dozens of times, and she contacted internal technical support multiple times, looking for creative solutions to finally resolve the issue. Worst service ever . I had to open my bank account and I took ticket on D . IT shows it's for cash withdrawal or for open new account . There is no English speakers as well . I waited a lot already . But they said I need to take A ticket . lady in the picture , she is so rude !!

THIS IS THE SLOWEST PKO BRANCH IN WARSZAWA, I came 12:02 all 5 persons (bank Enployees, including locked rooms for Aurum Account clients) were during a client-service already, i am here for 25 minutes and all these five cases are still ongoing. I can understand that sometimes clients do have issues which take longer to solve, however if all employees of Bank PKO at this address work as quick as polish snales - something is wrong here, this branch is honestly the slowest one which I ever visited. If you dont have 90 minutes to waste dont come here, they are full of ... waiiting :)
