Embarrassing for a bank branch where three out of three people cannot speak English. Highly discriminating. I am an EU citizen however no one at this branch knows or wants to speak English with customers.

One of the best banks in Europe and the service is very fast. The staff is courteous and professional to assist you with your queries and issues. I recommend Mr Patryk Bak as he is a superstar.

Very bad service for foreigners especially MISTER who is the working in "kassa" department. The foreigner who tries to talk with you in Polish language needs a help to explain and to understand you. Please be patient !!! It is your job to servise your clients. Be polite with pregnant women and explain why she have to pay 50zl commission to pay 160zl (40$) for embassy ing bank account (it was 10-14zl always). For three bank transaction she has to pay 170zl comission???
