For a visa application (non European country), I needed a 6 month long account statement, with stamp and signature of bank representative, to declare the authenticity of the document. Non Europeans would know exactly the feelings and pain one feels when subjected to such procedures! Thankfully this branch's employee, Magdalena Gątkowska, understood the exact requirement of needing as few pages as possible, for such a unique-to-the-bank request of an account statement, and managed to procure it through proper channels! The whole process took less than 7 working days to complete and I am very grateful for her English communication skills, as that seriously helped me communicate exactly what was required for the visa process!! I hope this process is understood formally, so that people like me can be at ease in completing their exhausting list of paperwork!

On Sunday, I deposited 100 PLN via a BLIK transaction at an ATM, but the money did not appear in my account even after 30 minutes. I called customer support, and they told me I would have to wait up to 15 days. This money was very important to me and urgently needed, so such a delay is unacceptable. I expected more reliability and faster service from a bank, especially for a simple ATM transaction using BLIK. I do not recommend using this bank, because if something goes wrong, you might be left waiting a long time .
