Unpleasant service and problematic experience. Not recommended. The customer service is asking me why such a low rating. Here my answer: This morning I went to the bank to open a bank account. I was told it wasn’t possible at that time, but that I had an appointment at 3:00 PM. At around 2:10 PM, I returned to ask whether I could move the appointment from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, but I was told it wasn’t possible. I then asked whether another time today, tomorrow, or next week would work, and I was told it would never be possible. So a customer who wants to deposit money in your bank can’t do so. Why? Is it your policy not to open bank accounts?

I have been a client of ING for +10 years, however, every time I need anything from this branch they are helpless :( They make you come into the office to tell you they can't help you over and over again. 2 months ago, I requested some information to the only person there that speaks some English. He was nice and it looked like he was really going to help. Well, it's been 2 months, 4 follow ups, and this review... we are still waiting to hear from any of them. We will update this review once something changes.

I had a great experience opening an account. I dont know polish and they knew very good english. I worked with Tamara and she walked me through how to do everything.

Mrs. Tamara is great, very kind and polite. Excellent knowledge about any necessities. Punctuality, at time scheduled with no single minute delayed. Totally recommended!

Americans, wealthy foreigners stay far away from this incompetent bank! They claim to offer accounts with no PESEL required then after you waste your time to open it and give them all your confidential information they reject it saying you need a PESEL! I bank with real professionals in USA and will not deal with ING even after I get a PESEL. This is backwards banking these are amateurs here in Poland. Unless you make little money, are Polish, maybe a student stay FAR away from this unprofessional and amateur bank who clearly do not have experience with true business professionals or Americans.
