Monica was amazing. Fantastic service. She made the whole process frictionless and simple of setting up a business account. I would highly recommend the branch and Monica.

I cannot recommend this bank to all foreigners. First interaction after signing a private account for "0 zloty" was tat i transferred money to the account to use it for rent. They held this money for a while month and blocked my german main accoun for two weeks. next, the "free of fees" currenc exchange actually costs 1.5% and the third and final is, this "0zloty" acount apparently costs 15zl per month to despite they claim the opposite. It feels more like you dealing with a russian oligarch than a European Bank.

What an exceptional service! I had a few issues to sort out across different products of the bank. The staff did a fantastic team work across multiple departments, provided excellent customer service and kept me updated via phone until everything was sorted. The entire experience was positive and very reassuring.

The lady was very nice and helful BUT there was a long line. Only one window is actually working. The other two are closed making people waiting in line. Come on, you should have at least two bank workers, not one! And this is right is the downtown. Dear PKO, you can do better!

I had super good service from Madame Monika. She made opening all necessary services effortless and impressed with her friendliness. Warm recommendations to this particular PKO BP branch.
