Good and fast service, you don't have to wait hours like in some other banks.. the employee who recently helped me was kind and prepared, moreover she spoke very good English, and this is a plus for people who don't master polish language like me.

They gave us a list! We went to two branches, and both refused us and gave us a list of documents we needed to open an account! To rent an apartment, we need to pay from the account, but to open an account, we need a lease agreement! Terrible attitude!

My last visit was refreshing, as I had previous frustrating experiences. Customer service improved a lot and they solved my problem very effectively and on the spot. Good job.

We write the day before going to the bank if we can get a card for uchodzi (immigrant) online they tell us yes you can get it without karta pobytu then when we come to the bank to open a bank account for a uchodzi they tell us that they don’t do that even tho their support online said that you can get it 1/5 experience
