As an AXA customer for several years, I was, until recently, relatively satisfied with the service. However, since the merger, I have noticed a significant decline in quality. First of all, it is unacceptable that instant transfers to Revolut are not possible. During my discussions with your advisors, I was told that this service "should work," while being advised against using Revolut on the grounds that "the money wouldn't be safe there." These remarks are inappropriate and unprofessional. What is even more problematic is your handling of direct debits. After an initial rejection due to insufficient funds, you resubmitted the same direct debit three times, each time charging €5. This practice is incomprehensible and severely penalizes customers, especially during times of financial hardship. As a result, I have been unfairly charged an additional €15 in fees.
