Every month, Fortis withholds an extra day's pay from my salary. I don't allow them to do this. All of my employer's employees (both Fortis employees) have the same problem every month. Furthermore, a Fortis agent calls me and allows himself to be condescending and unpleasant. Multiple complaints that change nothing. A change of bank is looming. This is clearly withholding money on Fortis' part. The Ministry of the Economy will be informed of their actions. Also, they know about charging fees; customer service is zero zero zero.

I feel sorry for everyone who works there, and I mean that sincerely, they are victims of what's happening "higher up," and consequently have to bear the brunt of the customers' anger. A bank that hasn't learned a thing.

At this point, you might as well close your Fortis branches. The customer service is nonexistent. You feel like you're being a nuisance when you arrive. They give you the once-over through the glass door. Let's just buy bitcoins online; it's much less risky than dealing with, or even trying to deal with, a bank like this! I just feel sorry for the elderly customers who are left high and dry! No need to reply with your usual nonsense without even having the decency to write your full name, thank you!

Reception: 1/5 Availability: 1/5 Quality and advice: 1/5 Why such a low rating? Simply because today, my mother and I went to the Fortis branch in Nivelles. First, there are no longer any counters open to the public without an appointment. Second, we had come to unblock a savings account. The people waiting told us that it was very difficult to get an appointment, that the process was very poorly managed, etc. We decided, via the intercom, to see if it would be possible to unblock the account. Since the process only takes a maximum of 2 minutes, it wouldn't have been a problem. Indeed, all you need to do is give your ID and sign a form. (How do I know? I did it a few minutes earlier at another bank!) However, when a woman answered the intercom, she was immediately unpleasant to us. She hung up on us abruptly, right in the middle of the conversation. We, along with the other customers, were stunned by what had just happened. Furthermore, for people who work from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., o

I have a personal savings account with Fortis, and every time I need money, I have to make an appointment because I have a joint checking account with my partner and I don't have my own personal checking account. What should I do in an emergency? Do you think this is normal? I think the solution is to change banks.
