I waited one week to release my rental guarantee, i called 3 time to BNP Customer Service and they emailed them 3 times to call me to finish the procedure. Still no one called and i had to go personally there so they made me a rdv in 4 days. It takes 5 minutes to deposit and 1 week to release it although both parties signed. Awful agency, to avoid!

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Ms. Amandine Ansieau, who was able to effectively help me with her top-notch assistance. She was extremely responsive and very personable! A few years ago, I also contacted Ms. Mia Vanobberghen for a credit review. She was very professional and gave me excellent advice.

Yesterday, I was on hold for 35 minutes (!!!) to make an appointment. They kept saying, "We'll call you back," and no one ever did... basically, it's going to take several days to get an appointment. It's appalling to treat your customers this way. Ask yourselves why I booked this appointment to switch banks. (Please don't give me the same old response you give everyone, "You can report your dissatisfaction on our website." It's not like that's going to change anything; your service is getting worse and worse.)

It's impossible to get a response after waiting 10 days. The call center sends them emails, but without responses. Since the merger with the Braine-le-Château agency, this agency has been a disaster!!! AVOID. Rates are increasing and services are decreasing. Not to mention that the majority of transactions are already done by customers. What are you doing???

Access to the safe deposit boxes is not available on weekends. Seriously? Arbitrarily, just like that! I needed to get some documents! Impossible. Overall, BNP Paribas Fortis is removing services and adding fees. Apparently, in France, it's an expensive bank. That doesn't surprise me.
