The branch isn't as competent as it used to be. And don't even get me started on the call center; you have to wait almost 30 minutes to get through to someone, and thankfully, it's not always the case, but you do get an unpleasant person. Option: change banks.
I'm trying to contact you for information about the BNP securities account... I called the number listed on your website... the person on the phone can't answer my question. And their competent colleagues are busy. There's no number to reach my Roeulx branch directly, and when I call a central number in Brussels, all the staff are busy! What customer service!
