One star too many. I'm introducing myself because my debit card didn't give me my money yesterday. I hear myself say: *"File a complaint with your bank, it's your word against mine." 🫨🫨 But come on, dear lady, do you think I enjoy going from bank to bank? I'm not in your area, but with this kind of behavior, I'm not about to come here.
The woman at the counter has a blood pressure of 3. No matter how simple your request is, prepare to wait for hours. I came in six times, then left six times. The endless wait was caused by her inability to respond quickly to requests.
This bank is not what it used to be. No comment. Being friendly is one thing, but being truly invested in your client is another. A serious lack of listening and communication.
This office refused to close my account, so I emailed the head office and it was closed immediately. As a longtime customer, this is not customer-friendly.
