Terrible branch, don't even think about opening your business account here. I've been waiting two months for them to manually adjust my transfer limit after requesting it 30 times, and it's still not working. They don't answer the phone, and the manager, Diego, is just as bad. I'm going to file a complaint because it's absurd. The worst service I've ever received from a bank.

I received terrible service. I went there because I had a problem with my account that the girl could easily have helped me with, but she refused, sending me to another bank. They told me I could have easily done that at any BBVA branch. And the girl at the bank she sent me to said that the problem was she didn't want to help me.

You have money to finance wars in other countries, but I see you don't have enough to make your NFC work in your ATMs.

Alvaro's service was incredible. I went to activate a card and he helped me with everything: installing the app, using it, and everything in general. I wish all bank advisors had the same sense of dedication and kindness as this guy.

The service from the desk manager was awful. They were reluctant to help, and even when the desk was empty, they told me they couldn't and that I had to make an appointment—and it was just to submit an ID. However, a month ago, for something similar, the manager helped me wonderfully, even without an appointment. The staff's attitude was appalling.
