The ATMs never work!

It's a shame there's no zero-star option. This is the worst branch I've ever been to; they open later and close later. The service is absolutely terrible, and they're incompetent. Besides, I tried to file a complaint against the branch, and the bank puts up so many obstacles. First, I called complaints, then they told me to send an email, and then I received an email with a ton of steps to file a simple complaint. As soon as my contract ends, I'm closing my account with this bank... I can't use the word because they'll delete my review, lol

It's virtually impossible to deposit or withdraw money at this branch due to the insecurity in the surrounding area. Right at the entrance to the ATM, there's a homeless person set up with their bed, which creates a feeling of discomfort and vulnerability when trying to carry out any transaction. I understand the difficult situation these people are in, but it's also the bank's responsibility to guarantee a minimum level of security and adequate conditions for its customers. It's urgent that they take measures to improve this situation.

The worst branch in all of Madrid. They can't process payments, and no one is willing to help, neither the teller nor the cashier. The cashier says I can't pay there and tells me to go to the teller, but the teller says I need to go to the cashier to pay. It's a real chicken-and-egg dilemma.

Terrible service... I went to open a bank account and they forced me to pay for home insurance to open it, even though the house isn't mine; I rented it for a few days. When I arrived in another city in Spain, my partner opened a bank account with just her passport, without being forced to pay for any insurance. The advisor at this branch told her they didn't have to force me to pay for any insurance to open a bank account with this institution. I feel scammed; they've already deducted 50 euros from my account for this insurance, which isn't even for my house, and they forced me to pay. I've tried contacting the Madrid branch on Paseo de la Florida without any response. This doesn't happen in Colombia. Please, I need a solution to this problem.
