My experience at this branch has been wonderful. The service was excellent. They always answered any questions I had with complete kindness and efficiency. I don't remember the name of the assistant manager I dealt with, but it's always a pleasure to work with them. The customer service is fantastic.

I am or have been a customer of: ING, EVO, Sabadell, Santander, and Revolut. WITHOUT A DOUBT, Bankinter is the WORST experience, by far. Having become a customer by default (coming from EVO), I've only had problems. They use coordinate cards that are over a decade old, the phone agents are completely incompetent, and there are hours-long waits. They've put so many obstacles in our way to open an account for my wife that not only are we not going to open one, but we're going to close mine. SHAMEFUL service.

Shameless! I waited almost 20 minutes only for you to hang up and tell me to call back later. Great start. I'm a customer because of the EVO merger, and you don't even come close. They never did anything like this in years. I still haven't heard from you. YOU WON'T LAST LONG.
