I've been waiting for over a month for a simple consultation. I've had to call every three or four days since then, and they always tell me they're sorry and that it will be ready the same day, but it's a lie. A month of one lie after another from the branch manager, whose name, if I'm not mistaken, is Cristina. The branch is awful, BBVA's service is awful, I will invest my capital and assets in ANY OTHER BANK.

It's awful, words can't describe this branch, and of course, I'm looking at BBVA, which is ultimately responsible for providing proper service in its branches. I went this morning to make a payment at the teller window, even though I'm not a customer, and there was only one person ahead of me. I took a number from the machine, and theoretically, I should have been next. But an hour later, I left without being able to complete my transaction. As people arrived behind me, if they were customers and took a number, the machine called them but not me. This meant I could have been there all morning, and as long as someone else entered the branch, I wouldn't get served. So why do they offer a tax payment service at their teller window if they're not going to serve us afterward? Furthermore, with such limited hours—only two days a week for one hour—I waited so long that my hour passed, and they couldn't help me anymore. It's a complete disgrace. And the teller wasn't in any hurry at all; not e

There's no structure; it's a terrifying mess. All the customers take a number that ultimately doesn't do anything because everyone is confused and they serve customers haphazardly. There are two stations: one for those with appointments and another for everyone else, but they still serve people in a disorganized way, and in the end, nobody pays attention to the number. Mine never appeared, so I had to assert myself, and other people did too, otherwise we would have spent the whole day in this place where everyone is frustrated by the chaos. I've never seen anything like this in banks in other countries. It's complete mayhem.

It's awful going to this office. The cashier, Rafa, is arrogant, rude, and raises his voice. He can't explain anything and just doesn't care about anything. I try not to go; it's better for me.

The customer service from the man who handles the checkout is appalling. It's obvious this isn't his business and he couldn't care less about the office's image. I went to make a Social Security payment on behalf of a company, and the man at the checkout counter was incredibly rude and impolite. And of course, all this was in front of the line of people waiting. I told him I was getting an error when I tried to make the transfer and that's why I was coming to BBVA, which is the only bank that accepts late Social Security payments. At first, he told me I had to do it online, that it was a simple transfer. And I repeated more than three times that I was getting an error and that's why I had to come to the office. I told him this politely and calmly, but his unfriendly air was already noticeable from a distance. Later, when he told me I had to pay in cash, I was surprised (but politely) asked him, "Cash? Can't you pay with a card or something?" To which he responded angrily, in a loud
