Wow. In a bad way. This review is a about BBVA in general , not the store itself: I identified myself two times, still the account is not open and nobody knows why. The app and the webpage just leads you in a circle. In the bank themselves they also didn't know how to open the account. How is this bank even in business? Insanity

I’ve been to this branch multiple times and all of my concern/request we’re resolved quickly and smoothly. All staff I’ve met on this branch we’re very accomodating and helpful especially Jesus ! I am very please with his service. He always assist me whenever I have an appointment and he is consistent in providing good customer experience Jesus has been amazing to us and I would say we are truly satisfied with his service whenever we leave the branch. Keep up the good work. Bank need staff like you 👍💯

By far the worst banking experience of all times. And I lived in 3 countries and 4 cities. DO NOT COME TO THIS BRANCH. The people who work here are lazy and rude and do not want to help or do any work. Can you imagine a bank employee telling you that you are "wasting their time"? I had to remind her today, that I am the client and that it is her that is wasting my time. They always have an excuse to make you run through hoops. I had to remind her today that I have been trying to do a process here for the past 3 weeks that literally took me 48 hours to do in Banco Santander. And I am still not done yet. Another appointment tomorrow with BBVA for even more paper work. Save yourself the trouble, and the dignity. Do not come to this bank. Just terrible!

Opening my account at BBVA was so easy and comfortable, all thanks to Jesus. He made me feel welcomed and explained everything clearly to my understanding.
