The worst experience with bank ever. They sold me wrong health insurance for NIE number. They don’t want to change it by saying Sanitas should do this I called sanitas two times and they said that I have to do this in person in bank branch. They also sold wrong insurance to my friend by changed it for her but now they have a problem to do this for me. Lazy, impolite and especially rude people. Avoid this branch!
The worst customer service I have ever seen: My account was blocked with no prior warning (no email, no phone call, no text message, no letter etc) leaving me without access to my own money for almost two weeks. When I went to the branch to resolve the issue there was a queue of six or seven customers waiting and only one woman working (very slowly) at the desk. Meanwhile there were two employees standing chatting to eachother while completing ignoring the long line of waiting customers. When it was eventually my turn at the desk the bad attitude of the attendant was laughable... She seemed to be offended that I had the audacity to ask her for banking services in a bank, i.e. her job. She seemed to do everything possible to avoid helping me; first she said there was nothing she could do and I would need to book an appointment, when I asked her if I could book an appointment there and then she said it wasn't possible and that it would need to be arranged via phone call (why?!) and f
Very bad customer service! They do not answer their phone, and when an appointment was requested they did not even attend the appointment by phone and cancelled it without notice. Such a bad bank!
Customer for 15 years or more. The cashier finally appeared after a 30-minute wait due to his absence from the register, which was marked with a sign. He was wearing gym clothes. I gave him my ID, and the account didn't appear until the 5th or 6th time he entered it. The account is a shared bank account in the name of two brothers, and he couldn't see how to process the payment. He finally managed to do it. Completely useless.
Customer service is nonexistent! The man who was helping me was useless. I tried to complete a transaction and wasted a lot of time because there was no one to help or guide me, and it seems the people who work there can't leave their posts. In other countries where I've lived, there has always been personal attention if someone has a difficulty or problem during a process, but at BBVA banks, the attention and service are zero! A terrible institution; I will never open an account here.
