Worst service ever , staff speaking on the phone having coffee leaving and coming . Seats are empty only two people attending the people . Where is the management ? Every time I come I lose at least 2 hours waiting for the simplest procedure ever. Don’t recommend using this office as the Maine one to open your account cause you will regret it.

they r very bad bank, last month i requested aloan, and fullfill all the requirements they needed, but they declined my loan, i m very disapointed, they r really bad, now i want to change and go for onother bank, usles bank at all😏

Terrible service. Zero information provided unless you ask a lot of questions yourself. No attitude to explain or promote the products or get solutions. I got an appointment which is long wait and then after the visit the problem still existed so I had to call back, talk to different people and after all do it by myself in the app. Got another phone appointment to receive information about their products and change my account - another waste of time. All this while speaking Spanish.

ATM are a joke. 1 out of 3 is working. Queueing 15 min to withdraw money in the middle of plaza del Sol... It's faster to walk to another one.
