Very unprofesional staff. Cash machine was broken and the lady was not listening to my question. While I was talking to her, she started chatting with her collegue. Also is it fair that bank clients can skip the line without an appointement?
Went to the bank three times trying to open a bank account and identify myself (I am a Spanish resident) and this branch could not correctly scan and manage my documents so I couldn't open a bank account at all. Will not return to BBVA.
Some of the rudest, most badly educated staff I have had the misfortune to meet, especially the woman at the desk with glasses. They refuse to help, and treat you like rubbish. Avoid at all costs!
