The staff there are friendly, especially Ana Rivero. She helped a foreigner who completely knows nothing about Spanish to open a bank account successfully (by translation app and demonstration )! And I would also say thank to the lady nearby who speak alittle English, she helps a lot as well! Although the communication was difficult, they still have good attitude and nice smiles! Really appreciate that!
Employees prefer to play on their phones instead of opening the bank on time. Don't go in the morning before you have to work..

Worst service in my entire life. Employee don't hear you, zero customer care, they work just to have been payed.
What terrible service! To make matters worse, I arrived at 1:50 pm and they told me the teller window was already closed and that I had to find another branch because the teller was out sick. It's a disgrace that a bank doesn't have a substitute teller.
