The cash machine wasn't working, and they didn't care about providing a solution. The staff lacked customer service skills.
It says they're open until 2:15 PM, but I arrived at 1:57 PM and they refused to help me. The two people at the register were talking and told me the system wouldn't let them in. I recommend you don't open an account at this bank; the employees act like they own the place.
The views from the 28th floor of this tower are unparalleled... a 360° panorama of Madrid, with all the iconic buildings and landmarks visible. The building's interior is also beautiful.
I've been waiting for a response to a loan I applied for for four months. The employee who processes it, Pablo, is completely incompetent.
I've been twice and they haven't resolved anything. I created an account with a minimum deposit and it disappeared; it was a new account. I went on Monday and today and there's still no progress.
