Very good bank
Due to work, I have to make deposits daily, and the ATM service is AWFUL. The ATM was out of change the first week of February. On February 9th, the ATM printer ran out of paper and remained so for the entire week. Last Monday, they finally restocked the paper, but it was loaded incorrectly, and now the printer won't print. It took 10 days to fix an issue that could be resolved in 2 minutes. Negligence and incompetence.
It's a disgrace. They never answer the phone or emails, and there's absolutely no help available. They just keep telling you to do everything through the website. The service is terrible. I've been trying to close my account for a month because of how they treated me, and there's no way to contact them—not by phone, email, or even directly with the sales representative whose account I closed. It's a complete disgrace.
The office is disappointing, and the ATM isn't working, as usual at this bank. I needed to withdraw money for a medical emergency, and I couldn't. Plus, my card was blocked without me even using it. I'm going to withdraw all my money from this bank; it only ruins my life.
Terrible service. My experience is as follows: My partner and I opened an online account, and to fully activate it, we had to go to one of the branches with our IDs. After going to the branch and handing over all the required documentation, which was scanned by the BBVA employee, she told us the cards should arrive within 48 hours. After a week of waiting and receiving nothing, I went to the bank to ask for information. The first thing they told me was that they don't serve customers without an appointment. Second, the woman who was supposed to register my documents never actually did so, as the account had disappeared. After asking them to reopen it, they told me I had to make a third appointment to resubmit the documents (which had already been submitted and mysteriously disappeared from their database, which is worrying). In short, I had to go to the bank four times, and in the end, I couldn't open the account with them because when I returned with the documents, they told me they
