The clients at the desks did not change since we arrived… then 3 of the 5 bank workers huddled casually chatting. And there is no explanation for the 12+ people waiting So people just leave. There is no concept of customer service whatsoever

The young woman working at counter number 5 in this branch refuses to accept my digital ID card through the official National Police app. Please inform her that, legally, this is just as valid an identification as the physical ID card. I was refused service for this reason, contrary to legal procedures. Unacceptable.

I received exceptional service from the office manager, César Augusto Marinvovich. His professionalism, clarity, and guidance made the entire process much easier and faster. I especially appreciate his friendly approach and efficiency. Highly recommended.

The poor service at the register isn't even halfway normal. Only one register, and only until 11 a.m. (don't go over even 30 seconds). If you go to ask a question, there's a young man with a beard lecturing the person asking for a solution.
