It is so slow, I had to wait so much for them to give me a stamp. I had already done everything and needed a stamp and I had to still wait so much in line the service is terrible
Huge line which usually takes 1.5-2 hours. Service is si slow. There are so many peace at this branch and only one window for clients. I see everyone frustrated. Some people left. Wonder why they don’t add another window.
Came in for a very quick procedure without an appointment necessary. It took them over an hour to start working on my request, without many clients in the bank. After 1,5 hour they finally finalized what I came in for, an ironic sign says: tu tiempo es importante…
The worst service. The poor guy at the cash is by himself. The other employees sitting around doing nothing. I had to wait 1h20minutes for picking up a cheque
Most of branches are closed, everyone converges to the open ones that are under staffed. Expect more than 1 hour waiting in line...
