Worst bbva place ever. Always more than 1h queue time. they disregard the queue, so do not wait for your Number, Just ask for help directly.

Every week a teller works, it's a different story, but always about refusals. The training they receive is all about saying "no," "no," "it's not approved," and then another "no." It's like they're just left sitting there, nothing more. This branch is becoming less and less like a bank with these people. The only thing saving them is the teller, who seems like the mother of the people sitting next to them, always agreeing to their "no's." Go and see for yourself.

I'm very dissatisfied with this branch. Initially, they resolved a need very quickly, but I've been trying to transfer my mortgage for almost a year now, and they only give me the runaround. They've changed my agent three times already. I'm on my fourth, which means sending documents and everything else. I can't understand how poorly they operate; I'm very disappointed. Even now, after being transferred to my fourth agent, I'm still waiting for the details and results of my mortgage transfer.

I had a phone appointment today at 12:45, and a certain Elena called me at 3:50. I explained that I had tried to upload my new ID card on both the website and the app without success. I asked if I could email her my document so I wouldn't have to go to the branch. She replied: "I don't know her!!!! The truth is, I should know who her clients are. I also have a business account. Is it possible that only BBVA can't send the ID card?" How is it possible that BBVA has a branch open that treats customers poorly? How many reviews do they need before they can take action?

This morning I had to go to this branch. The people at the till, both the man and the woman, were very nice, they explained things well and helped me, but what I didn't like at all was that the man had a bad cold, his nose was red from blowing it, he was coughing constantly and he wasn't wearing a mask, especially since he was facing the public and at that moment it was full of elderly people (whether you believe in masks or not, wear one). However, the woman who served me was wearing a mask and she didn't seem to have a cold.
