Undoubtedly Spain's best bank, especially for foreigners. Fast, friendly and efficient service offering a variety of products to suit anyone's needs. You always find an ATM near you where you can do practically everything from withdrawals to deposits to transfers and the like. The bank has the best mobile banking app, and most of all, the English version of the app is perfect.

You'd think after being a client of this bank for over 16 years that I'd be treated with professionalism and respect, but today I had absolutely the worst customer experience ever, speaking to a woman who said her name was Rocío. She was absolutely patronizing, rude , unhelpful, kept talking loudly over me as I was speaking, telling me that I needed to call their phone service (of which i explained that i had already spoken to them over seven times with no progress with my problem in over a month). I can understand now how this branch av average of 1 star reviews , i wish I could give zero or negative stars for the kind of treatment I got today. How can bbva expect to be a "global" bank with this kind of despicable service

It's appalling. The staff always have a bad attitude and the ATM is always broken. It was out of service for five days during Christmas because they didn't have any cash. It's incomprehensible.

You have no shame. Keep relaxing without a care in the world! I want to express my profound displeasure and dissatisfaction with both the specific technical failure and all the resulting inconveniences, demonstrating your inability to resolve issues handled through your call center. The worst service I've ever received, by far. Below is some context for what happened. Since last weekend, July 30, 2022, I've been trying to withdraw money from the ATM located at the Ortega y Gasset 56 branch. On Monday, August 1, at 2:00 PM, I contacted customer service to ask for help and find out what options you could offer, considering that: 1. Three days had passed without the ATM being available, which I believe is a reasonable amount of time for you to have resolved the issue; 2. It turns out that on Monday there was already a sign on the branch door informing customers that the office would be closed until the end of August for summer, meaning I wouldn't be able to withdraw my money at the tel

Terrible organization and lack of professionalism. I went to this branch to unlock my account and was told I could only do it at the teller window. Surprise: this branch doesn't have a teller window, so they sent me to another one half an hour away. When I arrived, the teller told me I had to do the procedure with a manager and that the other branch had lied to me. A bank should have clear procedures and staff who properly inform customers. I wasted time due to their lack of coordination. After this experience, I've decided to close my account and leave BBVA.
