Was trying to open bank account here with full pack of documents. The guy did not want to open without insurance for 200 euros. Wow. Like: "I dislike you documents, but for 200 euros it will be fine"... In the end opened account in another place without problems and insurance

My experience at this bank was not good. The employees were quite cold and unfriendly in their dealings with customers. Furthermore, they showed little willingness to help or explain things clearly. I expected better customer service.

If I could, I'd give it zero stars. What a lack of respect from this bank. It's 9:00 AM and the bank isn't open. It's the same at every branch; there are always elderly people waiting, people leaving work also waiting, and the manager inside the office sitting there, not in any hurry, watching us wait outside without saying a word.

The worst customer service—it's lacking in everything! They don't give appointments, the app doesn't work, the manager doesn't answer calls, the bank says it opens at 8:30—but at 9:00 it's still closed—the bank manager just sits there watching—he doesn't even have the decency to come out with 10 people waiting! But of course, they waive fees and fines immediately.

I arrived and the man who was working closed at 13:38 when it should close at 14:15, explaining that he had to go to the notary's office and he was the only one there. They should hire more staff if the person who closes has to leave early due to an appointment.
